Khoka Moya Seaside Villa (“Take it easy”) is a private home close to the sea in Munster.  It is PETFRIENDLY for all breeds as it has large grounds. Rates for 2 or 4 guests as well as maximum 8. Jacuzzi on patio - optional extra.

Khokha Moya, a Zulu phrase meaning “take it easy”, is a freestanding private home in the quiet village of Munster. The property of 1500 sq m is securely fenced with lots of space for your pet to run in if you bring it along. There is abundant birdlife. The house is a two-minute walk to the Munster beach and breakers at Dolphin Bay and the estuary of the Kandandlovu River.  The beach and estuary are clearly visible on Google Earth at 30º 59.9’S 30º 16.135’E.  Dogs are permitted on the beach on a leash.  Even in December Munster beach is not very busy and we run our dogs with their leashes trailing so that we can pick them up easily when we come across people or other dogs. Dogs are not allowed on Glenmore Beach, the main swimming beach, about 1.5km further south.

Khokha Moya Seaside Villa is comfortably furnished and consists of

• Outside braai area lit at night  - skottel (ploughshare disc) and grid provided, sleeper table and benches, outside table and 6 chairs
• Car port for two cars
• Jacuzzi outside on the covered patio (only for stays in excess of 4 days at an additional charge)
• Main entrance leads into the lounge/dining room. Dining table seats 8.  Lounge settees seat 6. 
• DSTV viewing only - available to visitors with own decoder and smartcard, or we can hire for you for your account.
• DVD player
• Kitchen has breakfast nook seating 4
• Kitchen fully equipped with built-in cupboards, Defy 4-plate stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, deep freeze, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, and cutlery for 8, iron and ironing board.
• Main bedroom and bathroom – queen bed, cupboard, dressing table, en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin, and toilet
• Second bedroom – double bed, wardrobe, portable air conditioner.  Must share bathroom through any of the other bedrooms.
• Third bedroom  -- double bed, cupboards, dressing table, portable fan, en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet
• Fourth bedroom – two single beds, overhead fans, en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin, and toilet
• Carpeted double garage with snooker table, dart board, fridge/freezer, Kelvinator washing machine, Defy tumble dryer, ice maker, laundry sink.  Radio/tape player.
• Bed linen is provided for all the bedrooms.
• Towels are NOT provided. 
• OWN BEACH TOWELS ALSO REQUIRED.
• The house is fully armed and linked to G P Security
• The gate is remote controlled.
