Apartment 128 is on the upper level of the Jacana block of 12 apartments in the Eden Wilds holiday resort.  The resort is situated on the banks of the Umtamvuna River inland from Port Edward on the Lower South Coast.  The bedrooms sleep 4 but there is a sleeper couch – maximum 6 guests in the unit. The resort has a number of recreational facilities including a swimming pool and water sports. The lower trails in the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve start outside the main gate of the resort and head inland.  Silver Beach, a protected swimming beach in Port Edward is some 7km away, as is the Wild Coast Casino.  Wild life abounds in and around the Eden Wild property.  It is a birder’s paradise.
The Eden Wilds apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of
  • Patio with two chairs and table overlooking a stream
  • Lounge/dining room with fan, 6 easy chairs including sleeper couch.  Door onto patio.

  • Main bedroom with double bed, pedestals with bedside lamps, built in cupboard incorporating dressing table and stool, and easy chair.  Door onto patio.
  • Second bedroom with two single beds, overhead fan, built in cupboards, chest of drawers
  • Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, hand basin, toilet, and washing machine
  • Kitchen with four-plate stove (no oven), microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, ironing board, iron, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
  • Sheets, pillows, pillowcases and duvets are provided. YOU WILL REQUIRE YOUR OWN TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS.
