Ducktree Cottage is a luxury self-catering and PET-FRIENDLY cottage in Munster close to the beach that sleeps 2 - with Courtyard sleeps 4.  (See floor plan) Ideal for a honeymoon, restful break for one or two couples, or a young family. Special rates for two singles wanting separate bedrooms.


Ducktree derives its name from the enormous Red Coastal Milkwood that grows horizontally along the front of the patio and forces you to duck as you go into the garden! Ducktree Cottage is idyllic in its private setting for honeymooners, or a couple of any age needing a break. SUPERB ENVIRONMENT FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM DOGS. Together with Courtyard is ideal for two couples, parents and children, or two singles at special rates.

Ducktree Seaside Villa consists of:

  • Lounge/dining room with full DSTV
  • Bedroom with queen-size bed
  • En-suite bathroom with bath and shower
  • Fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave
  • Serving hatch between kitchen and patio
  • Covered patio
  • Outside cold water shower and tap
  • Braai just off the patio
  • Private pet-friendly garden.

Ducktree Courtyard is not let independently of Ducktree Cottage. It consists of:

  • bedroom with double bed – or two single beds (as required)
  • fridge in bedroom
  • en-suite bathroom with shower
  • private courtyard

When shared with Ducktree Cottage the bedrooms are interleading, and there is a gate between the outside courtyard and the Ducktree garden.

Full DSTV, ceiling fans, soap, hairdryer

Change of linen and towels every week

Cleaning and laundry services by arrangement

Guests need to bring their own beach towels
